Foursan Capital Investment Advisors (Foursan) will relocate to new offices at The Edgo Atrium building (EAB) this month. The private equity firm has leased offices on the 7th floor of the landmark green building in Amman’s Abdali district.
Foursan will make its offices at The EAB its headquarters in Amman, signing a lease for an initial period of nine years.

The EAB is a LEED Gold certified building and has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Jordan Green Building Council (JGBC).
The building offers retail and office space; the retail space on the ground floor is home to Emirates Airline, American Express, Cairo Amman Bank and an Infiniti car dealership. Legal giant, Eversheds, and Webhelp, a world leader in business outsourcing services, have both recently leased offices at the building. Other tenants at the EAB include the World Bank Group (WBG)/International Finance Corporation (IFC), Regus, Camco Oilfield Services, Nokia, O1 Business Systems and Edgo.
The EAB offers 24 hour security and secure parking, as well as being home to a gallery space and SkyGarden, a rooftop entertaining and meeting terrace which offers unparalleled views of the Amman skyline.The Edgo Atrium is part of the $3 billion regeneration project in Jordan’s capital Amman. The Abdali district covers 384,000 sqm of land and a total build up area of 1.7 million square meters, which includes residential apartments, office space, retail and entertainment outlets.
