Nokia Signs Lease at The Edgo Atrium

Nokia, the Finnish multinational tele-communications company, will make The Edgo Atrium its new headquarters in the Jordanian capital, Amman.

Nokia have signed a lease for 663m² of office space at the landmark building in Amman’s Abdali business district.

Last year, The Edgo Atrium opened its new SkyGarden, an open air terrace offering unparalleled views of the Amman skyline and green space for entertaining and working, equipped with state of the art seating and BBQ facilities. This adds to the building’s already extensive facilities which includes retail and of?ce space of 14,343m² and secure car parking, heating and cooling as well as around the clock security, cleaning and maintenance.

The Edgo Atrium is a LEED Gold certi?ed building and has received a Certi?cate of Appreciation from the Jordan Green Building Council (JGBC).
