The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has signed a lease agreement to locate its regional offices at The Edgo Atrium, in Amman’s Abdali district.

IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is the largest global development institution focused on the private sector in emerging markets. Working with 2,000 businesses worldwide, IFC leverages its capital, expertise and influence to help the private sector end extreme poverty and boost shared prosperity.  In Jordan, IFC’s portfolio of investments and financing has reached close to US$1.3 billion.

The Edgo Atrium offers retail and office space of 14,343 square meters and facilities including secure car parking, heating and cooling and around the clock security, cleaning and maintenance. The retail space on the ground floor is home to Emirates Airline, American Express and Infiniti car dealership. The Edgo Atrium is a LEED Gold certified building, and, in 2017, received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Jordan Green Building Council (JGBC).The Edgo Atrium is part of the $3 billion regeneration project in Jordan’s capital Amman. The Abdali district covers 384,000 square meters of land and a total build up area of 1.7 million square meters, which includes residential apartments, office space, retail and entertainment outlets.
