At a cost of more than US$5 billion, the Abdali Urban Regeneration project is the largest mixed-use development project ever undertaken in Amman, the capital of Jordan. Developed on 384,000 m2 of land, the project will comprise a total built-up area of over 1.8 million m2 consisting of residential apartments, office space, commercial and retail outlets as well as entertainment. Abdali will be the premium central business and residential district of Amman and will catapult the city of Amman into the 21st century, placing it on a level with some of the most renowned cities in the world.
