Emirates, the airline based in Dubai, UAE, has signed a five-year lease for both office and retail space in the Edgo Atrium building, in Amman’s Abdali business district.
The Edgo Atrium will serve as the airline’s headquarters in the Jordanian capital. Retail space on the building’s ground floor will be home to a customer services lounge for Emirates customers, with further office space being leased to house the company’s staff.
Emirates was launched in 1985 with just two aircraft. Today they are the Middle East’s largest airline flying to more than 148 cities in 78 countries.
