At the Edgo Atrium, and as part of the Better Edgo Citizens (BEC) program, community initiatives are treated as an integral part of how Edgo group companies operate.

Recently, the Edgo Atrium completed a residential renovation for a family living in a home located in the Jabal El-Hussein area that had deteriorated to a level affecting basic safety and indoor air quality. Several rooms, including the bedrooms and kitchen, lacked adequate ventilation and natural airflow, resulting in unhealthy living conditions.

The renovation focused on enhancing the home’s structural integrity, ventilation, and thermal performance. Works included roof repairs and reinforcement, sealing of openings, replacement of damaged interior panels, the installation of insulation, and the introduction of mechanical ventilation solutions to improve airflow throughout the home.

These interventions led to improved air circulation and thermal comfort, contributing to safer and healthier living conditions. This initiative reflects a practical, outcome-driven approach to community support, centered on delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that address real needs.
